Welcome to Saltspring Island Chocolates, where our love of chocolate and devotion to excellence lead us to preserve the chocolatiers art of hand crafting our confections. All of our chocolates are made using our own blend of the finest chocolates imported from France and Belgium. We use local organic ingredients when available and absolutely everything is made fresh, by hand.

Our truffles and gingers are double-dipped and our nut barks and clusters made with fresh roasted nuts. Caramels and fudges are kettle-cooked the old fashioned way and hand creamed on our marble tables resulting in smooth, fine textured confections.

Our chocolates have been created on Saltspring Island, one of British Columbia’s beautiful Gulf Islands, since 1980 and are available on-island exclusively at Harlan’s Chocolates, located in the heart of Ganges.

Chocolates are made fresh daily and custom orders are also available
